Spring in Pastels

Hey everyone! I have a Spring inspired look for you today. I'm still doing my Disney princess series but I will be doing some looks in between that too of different ideas I come up with.
When I think of Spring I think colorful but still keeping it pastel. I kept the look pretty much matte and also used a white base to help keep the look pastel. I kept the skin pretty natural so you can see my freckles showing through. I think the look is pretty and Springy and I like how it turned out.

Here's the look:

For the lips I wanted a pink kind of tint like a my lips but better color with a slight gloss. And on the cheeks I chose a light cotton candy pink which I think gives a natural flush to the cheeks.

Disney Princess Series: Snow White

Hey everyone! So I have the next look in my Disney Princess series for you today. This one is up and ready to go pretty quick because I had a sudden moment of motivation to get lots of stuff done :P

Today's look is going to be Snow White. The colors of Snow Whites dress are blue, yellow and a little red. Blue and yellow are the main colors so I used them for most of the look while I used red rhinestones to represent the red details on the sleeves of her dress. I wanted the look to be pretty bold and eye catching to make it different from the last two looks in the series which were quite soft.

Here's the look:

I went for a bright red lip because in the movie Snow White is described as having "lips red as the rose. Hair black as ebony. Skin white as snow." You could always choose a nude shade if this is too much but I thought it suited the look pretty well.

Here is a list of the products that I used:
Face: Fuschia Makeup Moisture Foundation in 1. Nude
Collection Cosmetics Lasting Perfection Concealer in Fair
         ELF HD Powder
Sleek Makeup Blush By 3 Californ.I.A in OC
         Benefit Dallas Bronzer
         Essence Shimmer Powder

         Essence Lash and Brow Gel
         ELF Eyelid Primer
         NYX Jumbo Pencil in Yellow
Essence Color Arts Pigment in 17
         Inglot D.S 483
         Inglot D.S 474
         Inglot AMC Shine 45
         Inglot Matte 354
         Inglot Matte 373
Urban Decay 24/7 Glide on Eye Pencil in Ultraviolet

Disney Princess Series: Sleeping Beauty

Hey everyone! I have the next installment of my Disney Princess series for you. Today's princess is Princess Aurora otherwise known as Sleeping Beauty. I stuck with the colors of her dress for this look which is a variety of shades of pink. Again I chose soft pastel pinks and kept the look soft and blended.
Instead of doing black liner, which I thought would have looked too harsh, I went chose to do just the pink glitter liner to represent the magic from the fairies,  Flora, Fauna and Merryweather.

Here's the look:

I went for a sheer baby pink lip to keep the focus on the eyes and to keep the overall look really soft.

Here's a list of the products I used:
Face: Maybelline Fit Me Foundation in 115
Maybelline Fit me Concealer in 15

Disney Princess Series: Cinderella

Hey everyone! I have decided to do a makeup series based on the Disney Princesses. I know nearly everyone has done this series but I wanted to have a go and show my interpretation of the princesses. I love the princesses and I have a couple favorites like Ariel, Anna of Arendelle, Rapunzel and Princess Tiana.
I'm kicking off this series with my Cinderella inspired look.
I went with the colors in her dress as my color scheme, so pastel blue and white. I kept the blending of the colors really soft to get a nice gradient and also with the edges I kept them soft and almost blurred out.

Here's the look:

I used an iridescent blue glitter on the outer corner just under the wing and a little on the inner corner to represent the magic of the fairy godmother.

I went for a light rosy pink lip to keep the look light and girly and I thought it was similar to the color of Cinderella's lips.

Here is a list of the products I used:
Face: Maybelline Fit Me Foundation in 115
Maybelline Fit Me Concealer in 15
         ELF HD Translucent Powder
         Benefit Dandelion Blush
         Benefit Dallas Bronzer
         Essence Shimmer Powder
Eyes: ELF Eyelid Primer
         Inglot Matte 358 (Brows)
         Essence Lash and Brow Gel
         NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk
         Inglot Eyeshadow Matte 373
         Inglot Eyeshadow D.S 478
Essence Color Arts Pigment in 17
NYC Sparkle Eye Dust in Opal Sparkle
